All merchandise sold at iPhone4Parts have 30 days of warranty against manufacturer defects or malfunction, from the date the order was delivered.
Merchandise that arrives damaged must be informed of within 7 business days of the delivery date. Proceeding to use merchandise that arrived damaged (cracks, scratched, missing components, etc.) commits customer to ownership of the merchandise in the state it was received; voiding warranty.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. Only replacements for the same item purchased will be provided. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customercarrier.
iPhone4Parts warranty does not cover any damage caused by user (eg. improper installation, attempted repair when receiving damaged merchandise, water damage, etc).
Flex cables are inspected for quality prior to shipping, torn or broken flex cables are not covered by our warranty policy.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned for exchange, warranty, refund or repairs. iPhone4Parts.com will cover the shipping costs to send any replacement parts to the customer.
iPhone4Parts.com does not provide reimbursements for additional costs associated with shipping, exchanges, repairs, installations, or time.
To return an item for replacement under our warranty policy, please submit our RMA request form.
We offer lifetime warranty on most bumpers and cases. If your bumper or case tears or rips, just mail it in and we'll ship you a replacement at no cost within the United States. International customers will be responsible for return shipping charges back to them. Just fill out the RMA request form to get an RMA number. Cosmetic and intentional damage is not covered.
In the event the model/color of bumper or case is not available you will be offered a different case or bumper of your selection thats is equal or more than the original value.

Handling of damaged or defective merchandise is covered by our warranty policy.
A refund minus 15% restocking fee will be applied to any unwanted merchandise returned as new. Items must still be in their sealed container to qualify as new. The restocking fee for new returns will be waived if another order has been placed when refund is being processed.
A refund minus 35% restocking fee will be applied to returned used items that are otherwise unsellable. Items are considered used when they have signs of installation, physical wear such as scratches, dings, dents, etc.
iPhone4Parts.com does not provide reimbursements for additional costs associated with exchanges, repairs, installations, or time.
We reserve the right to take up to 21 days after receiving the returned item to process a refund, however most refunds are processed sooner. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
