iPhone4Parts.com also offers International Express Shipping to most countries abroad the United States of America. If International Shipping is not selected at checkout, iPhone4Parts.com will provide an invoice to capture the remaining shipping balance and complete the total payment for your order. International orders will not ship until complete payment is collected. The cost of our International Express Shipping is a flat-rate of $49.99, regardless of the size of your order.
Depending on where you are located outside the USA, you should receive your order within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. This time frame does not include any delays that may occur if your order is held up by customs or postal carrier. All international orders will be shipped via Express Mail International and will provide a tracking number. We cannot ship via any method that does not provide a tracking number.
International Shipping rates are paid to the carrier and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed or undeliverable addresses that were provided by the customer.

All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate the return process. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number to iPhone4Parts. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please fill our RMA Request form at http://iphone4parts.com/rma
We will accept returns for refund of unwanted merchandise that is still brand new, has never been installed, and is un-used. The RMA request must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order was received. Once issued, the RMA is valid for 10 business days for the item to reach our mailing center. Damaged or defective merchandise will be handled by our Warranty Policy.
The customer assumes responsibility for products until received at iPhone4Parts.com, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking number is recommended. Returned merchandise without an RMA number will be refused and any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned for exchange, warranty, refund or repairs. iPhone4Parts.com will cover the shipping costs to send any replacement parts to the customer.
iPhone4Parts.com does not provide reimbursements for additional costs associated with shipping, exchanges, repairs, installations, or time.
