iPhone4Parts.com offers domestic free Standard Shipping on all items sold. Standard Shipping includes delivery by our preferred carrier. Orders are fulfilled in a 'first come, first serve' basis dependent on parts availability and you should expect to receive your order within 5-15 business days after your order is processed.
Expedited Shipping
iPhone4Parts.com also offers domestic Expedited Shipping on all items sold. Expedited Shipping includes delivery by our preferred carrier. Depending on where you are located, you should receive your order within 3-10 business days after your order is processed.
Front-of-the-Line Shipping
iPhone4Parts.com also offers domestic Front-of-the-Line Shipping on all items sold. Front-of-the-Line Shipping includes delivery by our preferred carrier. Depending on where you are located, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days after your order is processed.
International Express Shipping
iPhone4Parts.com also offers International Express Shipping to most countries abroad the United States of America. If GoogleCheckout does not support your country and provide the International Shipping option, iPhone4Parts.com will provide an invoice to capture the remaining balance and complete the payment for your order. International orders will not ship until complete payment is collected.
International orders must be paid using GoogleCheckout. Depending on where you are located, you should receive your order within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. This time frame does not include any delays that may occur if your order is held up by customs. All international orders will be shipped via Express Mail and will provide a tracking number. We cannot ship via any method that does not provide a tracking number.
International Shipping rates are paid to the carrier and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Please note: some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped from abroad. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. Call your local customs office to find out details about these charges. Customers are responsible for charges incurred if the package is returned to sender.
iPhone4Parts.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We will accept returns of unwanted merchandise that is still brand new, has never been installed, and is un-used. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date the order was received. Returning damaged or defective merchandise would be covered by our Warranty Policy which will provide a new replacement.
All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate the return process. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number to iPhone4Parts.com
To obtain an RMA number, fill out a Return Authorization Request form and reason for your return, we will process your request and supply you with RMA information and a return address. Once issued, the RMA is valid for 10 business days for the item to reach our mailing center.
The customer assumes responsibility for products until received at iPhone4Parts.com, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking number is recommended. Returned merchandise without an RMA number will be refused and any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
Refunds
A refund minus 15% restocking fee will be applied to any unwanted order returned as new. The restocking fee in new returns will be waived if another order has been placed when refund is being processed.
A refund minus 35% restocking fee will be applied to returned used items that are otherwise unsellable. Items are considered used when they have physical wear such as scratches, dings, dents, and signs of installation, etc.
iPhone4Parts.com does not provide reimbursements for additional costs associated with exchanges, repairs, installations, or time.
We reserve the right to take up to 21 days after receiving your returned item to process your refund.
We offer up to 30 days of warranty on all products sold, from the date the order was delivered.
All repairs and replacements to clients, are done by our manufacturer or supplier so please allow up to 14 business days for our manufacturer or supplier technicians' team to check out your returned items.
Please NOTE! Manufacturer warranty does not cover any damage caused by user (eg. improper installation, attempted repair when receiving damaged merchandise, water damage, etc).
Flex cables are inspected for quality prior to shipping, torn or broken flex cables are not covered by our warranty policy.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange, warranty, refund or repairs. iPhone4Parts.com will cover shipping costs to send the replacement parts to the customer.
Merchandise that arrives damaged must be informed of within 7 business days of the delivery date. Proceeding to use merchandise that arrived damaged (cracks, scratched, missing components, etc.) commits customer to ownership of the merchandise in the state it was received; voiding warranty.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

To return your item for a replacement under our warranty policy, make sure to fill out the RMA request form.
Lifetime Warranty on Bumpers and Cases
We offer lifetime warranty on virtually all bumpers and cases. If your bumper or case tears or rips, just mail it in and we'll ship your replacement back to you at no cost in the United States. International customers will be responsible for return shipping charges back to them. Just fill out the RMA request form to get an RMA number. Cosmetic and intentional damage not covered.
In the event the model/color of bumper or case is not available you will be offered a different case or bumper of your selection thats is equal or less than the original value.
