It's as easy as purchasing an eligible product and then shipping your device to our mail-in repair center. We'll handle the rest.
1. When viewing an eligible item, there is an option under 'Exclusive Offers'. Select the option for 'Mail-in iPhone for FREE Installation?' to
"Yes, Please." and proceed to checkout.
2. Upon processing the new order, you'll be sent an order update email informing your order is on 'HOLD: Awaiting Customer' status until
your iPhone arrives. At this point, please print a copy of your invoice and include it with our Free Installation Form
when mailing your
iPhone to us. Secure your iPhone in bubblewrap or silimar packaging material and ship in a corrugated box to avoid further damage.
Shipping via insured carrier with signature confirmation is highly recommended.
3. A notification email will be sent when your iPhone is processed at our repair center. Arriving iPhones are put into a service queue
and will be worked on in the order they were received. During this time, you may receive email updates about the installation progress.
We will safely dispose of any damaged or defective parts unless the customer requests to have the damaged parts returned, in which case
we will gladly provide them. Most installs are completed within 72 hours of receiving the phone at our repair center.
4. After the installation is complete and all functionality checks out, we will ship your iPhone back to you via insured Priority Mail with
tracking number and signature confirmation. You will be emailed the tracking number as soon as your new iPhone is shipped back to you.
