We offer free installation on color conversion kits for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. Items that are eligible will have a 'Free Installation' icon on their product pages.

To have your conversion kit installed, you must first purchase an eligible item with our Free Installation Offer selected. Then print a copy of your invoice and include it with our Free Installation Form when mailing your phone in.

You will be emailed as soon as your iPhone reaches our repair center. Arriving iPhones are put into a service queue and will be worked on in the order they were received. Your iPhone must be fully assembled to qualify because we run a pre-installation checklist before we begin. We will safely dispose of any damaged or defective parts unless the customer requests to have the damaged parts, in which case we will gladly provide them. After installation is complete we will ship your iPhone back to you via insured Priority Mail with tracking number.

Make certain to secure your iPhone in bubblewrap or silimar packaging material and ship it to our mail-in repair center at the address below. Shipping via insured carrier with signature confirmation is highly recommended. And remember to include a copy of your invoice and the Free Installation Form .
