To initiate the returns process, the customer must first fill the RMA request form. We will review your RMA request within the next 24 business hours and reply with instructions on how to proceed. If merchandise must be returned to us, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges to us and iPhone4Parts will pay for shipping charges back to the customer. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the iPhone4Parts Return Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your replacement will be shipped or refund issued. You will be emailed with updates along the way.
