Q) Do I need to create an account to purchase on your site?
A) Using Paypal will require you to create an account with our site. You will not need to create an account on our site when using Google Wallet (previously known as GoogleCheckout). You may then use your Google Wallet or Paypal account to make your purchase. If you do not have a Google Wallet (GoogleCheckout) or Paypal account, you will be prompted to create one during the checkout process.
Q) Do you sell wholesale?
A) Sorry, we currently do not offer wholesale pricing.
Q) I cracked the front screen of my iPhone 4 or 4S, which part do I need?
A) We highly recommend for installers to replace the complete front assembly which includes the glass with digitizer and retina LCD display. Attempting to repair the glass & digitizer by separating the LCD display will not work as it did with the iPhone 3G & 3GS.
Q) When can I expect a new Price Drop of the Week?
A) We will change the Price Drop of the Week item after a 5-7 day period, at our discretion. We do not disclose at what time or date we rotate the newly discounted item to keep auction site resellers from buying all our inventory. We want to give
all our customers an honest chance at scoring a great deal.
Q) I missed the Price Drop of the Week by a couple minutes, can I still get the offer?
A) Once the Price Drop of the Week expires, its gone. A new item will replace it with a new price drop for that week. Check back regularly to see when your favorite items are featured as the Price Drop of the Week.
Q) What types of payment do you accept?
A) We accept all major credit cards on our site by using Google Wallet and/or Paypal.
Q) Do you accept COD orders?
A) No we don't, sorry.
Q) Do you ship to addresses other than the billing address of the credit card?
A) Yes, only when using Google Wallet for payment. We only ship to the Paypal Confirmed address on payments.
Q) Do you ship international?
A) Yes, we ship worldwide from the USA. Payments must be made with Google Wallet only.

Q) My shipment requires a signature, can this be waived?
A) We ship mostly with the United States Postal Service both domestic and international. And some orders do require signature upon delivery. This is applicable to some orders depending on value and cannot be waived. However, we notify all customers as soon as their orders are shipped with carrier and tracking number information.
Q) Do you ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes?
A) Yes, we do ship to military bases with APO/FPO as well as Post Office Box addresses.
Q) How long does order processing and shipping take?
A) iPhone4Parts.com usually takes 1-3 business days to process an order, though in some unique situations may take longer as during holiday seasons. During that time, iPhone4Parts.com may contact you to verify some information before continuing to process your order. Orders will not ship until processing is approved.
